Attempted to get my hair cut at this location on Friday, May 8, 2020 @ ~2:30 pm. Before I could pull the door open to the establishment an employee exited the front door with a clip board and ink pen in her hand, indicated it be about a 3 hour wait, asked for my name and number and they’d call me 15 to 20 minutes prior to cutting my hair. I asked if she was scheduling my appointment for 5:30 pm, which is indicative of the 3 hour wait. She said no they’d call me 15 to 20 minutes prior to being ready for me. I left given staff at the location wasn’t taking walk-ins or scheduling appointments. Their approach; we’ll call you and you’ll have 15 to 20 minutes to get here when we are ready for you. Who does business like that? I know I don’t, two miles down the street, I was taken in as walk-in had a 15 minute wait and my hair is cut- Something tells me if management at that location keeps it up it won’t be long before that location is (RIGHTFULLY) closed.

Great service paired with an extremely talented stylist. She was able to fix a few bad previous cuts from another Great competitor. We will be repeat customers with all of our children. Thank you for an excellent cut.
